    although most of the funny posts are funny I dont think it was cool to wreck newbi rey reys thread. he needs help other that the guys he has been listing to. I am gonna guess he dosnt even post here again cuzz he dosnt want to be made fun of. hopefully he at least reads.

        agreed, rey rey, no disrespect intended. We truly are here to help. No more smart ass comments from me. If you need help with things, chances are, someone has probably asked the same question before. Use the search tab and type in your key word, you'll be surprised how much info comes back. You'll prob also be surprised to see some of the dumb shit we have all asked about at one point or another.

                    Hey, naw yall aint ran me off anywhere,,just havent had time to get back on here,,i can take jokes and dish em out too,,its cool. Oh and i wasn't bein arrogant or rude in any way ever but its str8. So yea, i havent touched the winny yet. See i hadnt said or forgot to say that ive been on No2 Black, Ce2 Platinum and some oral hgh. I also take 3 servings of Pro-nos protein(morning,30hr be4 workout, night time). I take just before this new product called black powder,,everything im taking is from M.R.I.

                    I can honestly say that i have not been counting my calories,,but i do eat very lean and madd protein/low carbs, lots of water, low sugars. I started out at 220 and im at 210 as of today.its been 3 weeks,slow but safely losing it and i have seen some gains in muscle. So yea, sorry long post but thats about it, lemme know what yall think. thanks

                        Turns out, Rey Rey is still with us. RR thank you for having a good attitude bro and not holding a grudge over the jokes. I think I speak for all of us in saying so.

                        Regarding your cycle. It sounds to me like you are into the over the counter stuff pretty hard core. Be careful taking all that stuff as it can have some very real and very dangerous sides. I am not too familiar with all the products you were taking but it sounds like it was expensive.

                        Answer me this: Why invest so much money and time into taking those OTC products when you have used gear in the past? Do you see the gains from those products like you would from real gear?

                        One thing to think about before you start with your next cycle, take some time off to allow your body to recover from all the stuff you are putting in it now. Your kidney, liver, and testicles will thank you.

                        If you need some diet help, count the proteins carbs and fats and let us know.

                          yea, rey rey, i personally would save my money on supplements. only the basic really do anything. protein powder, creatine, vitamins, and fish oil, are all essential and all that is need IMO. leave the rest to diet and training.
