  • When would u call it quits

When will be your last cycle. For me I was thinking about this one 4th one but If I dont reach my goal of 230 solid with around 10%bf, I will do another one until I reach my goal.

You know, I've struggled with that very same question many times. I still don't know the answer. I don't have like a goal weight in mind so much as a picture of how my ideal physique should be. Does that make sense?

You say this may be your last cycle, but what are you going to say a year from now, when you've lost 20lbs.

if you work properly, eat right, you wont lose the weight. unless you are past your genetic limit, which im sure few of us are.

I feel that my body will never be how i wanted. When i was 160, i wanted to be 180. When io was 180, i wanted to be 210. When i was 210, i wanted to be 230. Now im 230, and i want to be 250. Its a never ending cycle

This is exactly what happens to me...... and most people I'm sure.... You set a goal, but every time you approach it or hit it, you set a new higher goal for yourself.....

I think when i get married i'll slow down. And i'll probably just quit whenever i have kids. But thats still about 4 years or so till i get married. And then longer till i have kids. So looks like i'll still be juicing for around 8 or so years. And in 8 years i can put on plenty of mass.

There is no reason or excuse for this to happen. Your dedication decides weather you keep it or not.

Im 5`10, 235lbs with 4 abs and 20" arms. When I am at 225lbs with 6 abs with 21 inch arms, I will be done with it all.

Then I will be a very healthy natural bber for the rest of my life gaining little by little. I dont need to be a ripped 300lb mr olympia. :D

After that I will probably do a cycle every few years, who knows.

I quit once only to start cycling again 6 years later......I said my last cycle would be the last when I got married. Now I'm planning my next. I don't know how many more I will do but I don't see the desire to get bigger going away.
