test cyp: inject schedule.

People I have known have always done injects twice a week. My friend recently asked if doing once a week would be less effective. I told him i wasn't sure, but that twice weekly keeps your test more level. At least I beleive. Anoyone know for sure?

long acting esters like cyp or enath keep levels pretty even at once a week or even 10 day shot intervals.

that said, i would rather shoot 250mgs of test twice a week over 500mgs once a week.

I shoot once a week. not much difference once the cycle gets going. I think people got to crazy with those charts and graphs a few years ago with release rates, lol.

On cyp I shoot every 5 day's, but then again its a long ester, most of it is mental if one is good two must be better.

you will never notice the difference between 1 or 2 shoots per week. your levels will be more stable for the first week or so. but after the levels build to their max it will all be the same. there is very lil difference anyways.
