  • What if I told you...

    I was contemplating a bulking 'aid' after I cut down? I know its summer, but once I get down to a comfortable bf % I am considering running a test cycle. I've done a lot, or so I like to think, reading here on test and first cycles. Anyone have an comments. If you have questions or anything just throw them at me.

    Are you 25 yet? What are your current stats? What is your bulking diet going to look like (without aas)? What does your workout look like? What kinds of weight are you moving in the gym? How long have you been working out?

        I would say that if you have your mind set on doing it, go ahead and do it.

        I would definitely recommend that you run arimidex all the way through the cycle though. I have a feeling that without it you will hold a lot of water and develop gyno. You have that type of body that loves to hold fat and water from what you have said. Definitely don't consider test without armidex.

        Also, keep the dose low. 250mg a week and see how that works for ya.

        just make sure you are ready mentally to put on weight, some muscle, water, etc.. this i think will be your biggest obstacle because you are so obsessed with cutting the fat off, it will be hard for you to change that mind set.

          I am a young 23, 5'11" right now I think I'm at 220. I don't know my bf, it was 16 when I began gutting at 230 ish. I'm planning on hopefully getting down to around 12 or so. When I am bulking how much bf should I be looking at? Mostly my bulking diet is clean, I eat a lot of lean meats, but off set that with eating avocados and other high fate nutritional foods like Oatmeal. If you need me to I can work up a bulking diet and post it. To be honest it has been a long time since I was trying to gain weight. As for my strength. I can rep out 255 for 6, I can't do squats for shit because they are a mental fuck so I'm at only 225 for 10 or so (It varies). I do Sumo deads at 315 and std. deads at 275. My back is definitely my weakest point as I can only do like 2 or 3 pull ups. I can rep out pull downs at like 200 for 8.

          As for the time I have been working out. I started at the end of my junior year because I was nothing short of a fat ass at like 20% bf. After a while I was able to get down to about 14 with a trainer, but then about 3 years ago I got in a car accident and stopped working out for about a year. I would go on and off. Now I've been back in consistently for about 2 years, a little more.

            chris, have you even been lean enough to see your abs? how about now, how far off are you from having abs? i ask to get a better idea of where your bodyfat is. 5'11 at 220 is considered pretty big to your average person. i am kind of wondering if alot of that weight it fat or what.

              Hey Chris, maybe after you get that Test in your system you will be able to tell those people at the gym to "Clean up after themselves!!".

                  Yeah...answer Bouncer's question, Chris...because at 5'11" and 220, your low numbers on lifts make me wonder if you aren't carrying more bodyfat that you are estimating.

                    I've never been so skinny as to see truly defined abs. Right now I cannot see abs, but I don't have a over hanging belly or anything. You know, its more like baby fat kinda. I can got get my bf checked right now, but I'm not 100% ready to do this asap. Its simply something I am considering for this summer if I am able to get to 12%.

                    Its alright, its the reason I asked. May I ask for the reasoning behind it? Do you think that if I try bulking naturally I will see 'good' gains?

                      i would say test e. at 250-300 mgs a week for 12.

                        chris, i would get down to a point to where you get rid of that baby fat and you can cleary see your abs before you go on a cycle. other wise, that fat and shit is going to stay with you. sounds to me like you are a guy that has higher levels of estrogen then the average male. this can be a bad thing for someone interested in test. you will be more prone to holding water/gyno etc. this is why arimidex is a must for you.
