  • Found an added benefit to arimidex.

So last week I ran out of arimedex and had to wait a bit for more to come in. In that week of not running the arimedex my mood went up and down like crazy. Anxiety, temper, everything was really off. Went back on the arimedex and I feel good again. For me at least, arimidex has the effect of keeping my mood stable and calm.

Wouldn't that be because your hormone levels were out of whack after coming off etc?

thats what i would assume but it has never really been talked about that arimdex can have such a stabilizing effect. and the fact that within days of starting the armidex back up everything is normal again.

Cool - I had the same problem with Letro - ran out about a week ago and my head got ALL kinds of whacked out - I hadn't really thought about things being so crazy in my head until you posted this though - ancillaries are vital it appears.........

sounds like your saying estrogen made you feel more emotive. People always associate test with agression but elevated estrogen could also have an effect. I remember a documentary years ago into testosterone revealed that in fact there was no less violence, in fact more, in a society of eunochs (spell), than than normal male.

Let me rephrase that - NOT a bi**h - just a ton of anxiety/doubt etc mixed with a heck of a blow to my self-confidence....

When I am "off" I am a VERY happy/stable/confident person with little to no aggression/temper etc and when I am "on" I am the EXACT same way - it's the "in between" moments that I'm a total nutcase - it's like being on a period or some crap for at least two solid months :(
