Proviron - Once or Twice a Day?

The last time I used Proviron, it was about a year ago. I started out with 50mgs ED and then dropped it down to 25mgs ED after some gyno like sides. Anyway, I would like to run it again in the future at 25mgs ED . The last time I used it, I took the entire 25mgs once a day. I'm curious to know whether it will be more beneficial to split the tabs and take it twice a day (12.5mg in the morning and 12.5mg at night) or once a day (25mgs either in the evening or in the morninig).

Its half life is 72 hours I think. Wont make any difference if you take it twice or once a day.

Everything i have read said that proviron had a short half life,i think around 7-8hrs.correct me if i'm wrong.

Now let me ask you this then. Lets say you up the dosage to 50mgs a day; do you still pop all 50mgs once a day, or do you pop one 25mg pill in the morning and one 25mg pill in the evening?

50mgs once a day. if you were talking about dbol where the effect only last like 5-6 hours, then i would say twice or 3 times a day. but proviron last in the blood much longer. once or twice a day bro, it will make no difference. stop sweating the small stuff. :)
