Swollen Ankles

Anyone experienced this? Im running test at 750 and tbol was 4 weeks at 50mgs. Only just started test so pretty sure its the tbol. Also when i walk my shins are getting pumped and sore to the point i have to sit down. im finished the tbol now so im hoping it will return to normal soon.

how bad would you say they are swollen?

have you had blood work in awhile? dont mean to cause concern but it can be a sign of kindey or liver stress.

yeah i have heard that, i had bloods done 1 week ago and everything was fine, liver, kidney etc. Im almost certain its the tbol cause thats when it started, i think im just holding water.
They arnt too bad but its defenitly noticable

Thats right. Never had this problem with test. First time with tbol.

My bloods showed my kidneys were fine. What aspects of my diet would you say i need to check?

definitly the main one would be sodium intake.

low dose liquidex would help with the water also.

Yeah i have been off the tbol for afew days and already seeing some improvment, people say tbol is weak but for me it was great, just like dbol but without the bloat and water, just fat Ankles instead
