i got clomid and nolva for the pct...whats the dosage i should use both of them at for a 3 week pct duration

I would go 4 weeks.

40mgs nolva
100mgs clomid
for 2 weeks

20mgs nolva
50mgs clomid
for 2 weeks

I sometimes run nolva at 20mgs for a 5th week

i personally wouldn't run both. they both are very similar in action.

i would run nolv at 40mg for 4 weeks and then 20mgs for 2 more weeks.

i feel 3 weeks pct is too short.

I agree that clomid isnt needed but I was tought so many years ago that it was a must so I still use it just cuzz. Kinda like creatine it dont work for me but I still use it.lol.

Why would it be dumb? If it makes me think my PCT is better. besides what if it is better? it sure isnt hurting me....

I use the Clomid and nolva PCT, I also like to add in Exemestane.
