if I had a friend measure "42" on a blood test what measurement were they using? I know they have a couple different standards of measurement. nG/DL and something else I think? and what is the range for them?

yes he is referring to test levels but I know that you can measure them with different volumetric readings so one low number could mean something different than another high number.
