Getting my first shipment today, some questions though. Feel free to comment. How much BW should i mix into a 4mg vial? What kind of needle should i use? and was thinking of 2 doses of 250mcg per day, thoughts?? Thanks is advance.

1000 mcgs per mg -- so 4 mls to mix -
