Anyone run short cycles like this?
Was thinking 750 sust for 8 weeks? Would sus be ok or should I switch to prop only?
my main goal is to put on a little lean mass. Right now I'm 235, 5'11 and not as lean as I'd like...probably like 18% or so.
By the end of the cycle, I'd love to be from 8-10% near the same weight...say 230 or so.
Opinions?
