  • Steroid Dealer & IFBB Fitness Pro girlfriend found dead at home

    http://www.nytimes.com/2008/06/06/sp...l?ref=football

This is unbelievable. His girlfriend was an IFBB fitness pro....This guy even mentioned in an interview recently after this broke, that all of the dirty people he dealt with definitely had the means to knock him off. My question is, why wasn't more protection offered to this guy? If they wanted him to roll so badly on the NFL players and such, it's obvious he would need some sort of security.

It was made to look like a murder suicide...Obviously, kicking a door in makes it a little hard to believe it was a murder suicide. I'm sure the media will turn this into another free for all, citing roid rage is the reason; when in fact, I will guarantee this is a homicide. But, let's be serious- the guy got 3 years probation, and $25k in fines; HARDLY something to shoot your girlfriend & yourself over.

Too many things about this just don't add up. I can't wait to see how this plays out.

That's a terrible tragedy, but he as a grown man made a choice to break the law, he was then caught. He should of kept his mouth shut and served his time, that is how the game should be played.

That's is true...But, he didn't even have to serve any time- He only got 3 years probation. So, it's not like they threw the book at him. I guess it's possible the prosecution gave him a deal in exchange for the names of the guys in the NFL. But on the flip side, with the Balco thing in baseball, this should come as no surprise to the NFL players that they would be caught as well. Getting disciplined or even suspended isn't worth murdering 2 people.

I in no way condone what happened to him and his girlfriend, and for all we know he could of rolled on a big powder supplier.

It is a terrible thing to happen, but I am a firm believer that if you break the law then stay on that side, don't hop onto the law's side if/when they catch you.

He didn't kill himself. Someone in the NFL or some other "high level" person with a lot to lose had him killed. Crazy shit.

I know as bad as it sounds, but I say fuck him lil snitch! Just as turbo said if you do the crime do the time. No sence dragging other people down in YOUR mess.

ABSOLUTELY. Amanda Savelle was shot in the face. Hardly a murder/suicide. Shooting someone in the face is a direct indicator of malice, and something personal against the victim.

I'm thinking there's more behind the story. I can't justify 1 or 2 players in the NFL who may risk suspension or whatever to take measures of this proportion.

I'm thinking these 1 or 2 players who he supplied, who supplied the players is where this is going. I'm guessing the list they supplied to is LONG.

And you know what- WHO CARES!??! Knowing who took the Gas in the NFL or in baseball does not enrich my life in ANY way. I don't care!!! Bush is losing every other war he's tried to fight, so he declares war on the most insignificant one.

thats weird, I reckon it was white or brown involved somewhere, suprising if just AAS. Although some of those NFL guys are pretty raw and many of them got there one break in life otherwise they may have been running drugs etc. Some of them probably still have hangers from before they made it so are stil conected with filth.

Not sure I understand your comments. This guy was convicted of manufacturing steroids in his kitchen w/ powder from China. The guy supplied AAS to 2 NFL players,of which he disclosed both of their names. Those 2 were supplying AAS to a slew of other players- So, I'm assuming the next step for the NFL was to investigate the names the 2 players were supplying to.

White or brown wasn't a factor whatsoever. This was over Jacobs telling the prosecutors and the NFL as to who was taking AAS. THAT'S why he got whacked. He snitched. Whoever did this wanted to shut this guy up

So you think they killed him because they were worried about being banned from playing football for a while, and or perhaps dealing AAS to other players. It just seeme a bit extreeme to be believable to me given the fines/loss of earnings, sentances that they would have recieved.

Although saying that, there was that time an ice skater had her boyfriend attack another so that the first girl had less competition on the ice rink to worry about so stranger things have happened:wacko:

tell that to the mother of Rae Carruth's child.

These guys have huge egos about them. Someone I went to school with was invited to NFL training camp out of college. Didn't go anywhere, but event he fact he was there, he thought he was better than everyone.

Definitely doesn't sound like a murder suicide. If it wasn't, I don't think she had to be taken unless they were attempting to make it look like a murder suicide or the perpetrators felt she'd snitch on them. All around bad deal on many fronts.

I agree, if you snitch you pay the price. But I feel sorry for the girlfriend. Im sure she was just in the wrong place at the wrong time and they had to take her out.
