Day 4
First thing in the AM, Taken Cold

Well, only chnage in measurements is the tape went a little further around, im not going to get in to very small decimals or anything, but I seem a bit slimmer this morning. I was still fairly lethargic. Im not sure what happened, I felt pretty pumped for my workout. Then once I started, I got very nauseated, and had a headache. I still managed to push through. I have had better workouts, but, this wasnt bad for how I felt. I think I switched my usual 5mg of Y-HCL for 5mgs of feel like shit pills. It probaly didn't help the nausea that today was my balls to the wall day. DLs, clean pulls, 3/4 DLs, Various shrugging exercises, and one arm hanging DB snatches. All the blood needed for these probaly made things worse. I am looking more vascular going by the mirror though. Which is always a plus, and not just when Im working out.

Well, finally, the lethargy was all but gone. Last night I was literally paralyzed. Today I woke up and felt fine, but I did wake up a couple times, and was drenched with sweat. I had to wash my sheets this morning. I had a pretty good chest/tri workout, pumps were above average, strength was average, mind/muscle connection seemed better. I was once again more vascular. Waist is down an 1/8" from starting. I think I should be able to start seeing the full affects early next week. I was close to dropping it last night after an extreme case of drag ass. I got my BP checked today, it was 112/66 and my pulse was 71. Im usually around the lower 60s, but my diastolic and systolic measurements are still very good IMO.

I seemed very lean this morning, veins everywhere. I can definitley tell it is starting to kick in. My intensity this morning on legs was crazy. I was so exhausted afterwards, I could bairly get up the stairs to my apartment. I made my way up to 12 plates per side on leg press for 5 sets of 5 on my first exercise. The pumps hurt very bad though. I still had pretty bad pumps later. I got very nauseated towards the end of the workout, but, I had so much blood in my lower body, my poor noggin barely had any. Thank God for stair rails! I probaly could have parked in the handicap, because I was crusing around at a cool .01 mph after my workout.

Today was Sunday so, I took it off from working out. I was down another lb. this morning. I looked the most vascular I have in the morning for quite sometime. Acne is not an issue, although I am taking my usual 3g of B5 while on androgens. Lethargy wasnt an issue today, although, when I was doing my usual Sunday shopping with the GF, I did get tired of that quick. I found myself getting frustrated a lot easier today. I also had a decreased appetite. Reminds me of when Im on tren, short temper and small appetite. My muscles felt and looked very full today. I was really wanting to go to the gym to relieve frustration, but decided better. Instead I solved it constructively by yelling very loudly at my dog after it pooped on the carpet.

Well I dropped another lb. I tested my bf% with the calipers this morning, Im down below 7% again. Because Im not in a calorie surplus, I am obviously not gaining weight, but I do look much better. More vascular, better pumps, etc. The lethargy isnt a problem until after I workout. Progressively as the day goes on, I get more and more beat down. It must affect people different, because feedback from other people it is about only 25% or so that experience lethargy, and Im on if the unlucky. I compare its affects to a poor man's tren, I would put 20mg of M 1-T as roughly the same as 50-75mg of tren acetate.
