    First time to cycle. What is the best way to cycle it? Is it alright to take on its own?

    yep try 400-600mg a week for 12 weeks imho , test only is a good first cycle

        400mg is good enough for youe first, you didn't mention your weight so get at least 4000 calories a day

            5'11" 230#, 13 years of training. Holding about 20 pounds of "bad" weight.

              4000-4500 a day should be good to gain some mass. If you don't see the gains up it 500, if gains slow or stop up it another 500. Your food will be the desiding factor in any cycle.

                    Cheap stuff though.....I've had it a couple times, but it worked fine from what I remember. Brovel is another cheapie that I've seen in the local streets a lot (or did).

                    For what it's worth, 9 out of 10 of my cycles were with test only. Not bad to use on it's own....no stacking "required"

                    I gained 18lbs off my first (cypionate)

                          This is my plan.... I'm down to 230. I was at 240. My plans are to continue to drop weight until I reach about 210, then go back up with "good" weight. Is this an ok plan? Here is my diet/training schedule:
                          Meal 1: chicken breast, 2 pieces wheat toast, veggies
                          M2: Metrx
                          M3: 1 can tuna, veggies, fruit
                          M4: 2 scoops protein, oatmeal, fruit
                          M5: chicken breast, veggies

                          Training
                          Day 1: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
                          Day 2:cardio
                          Day 3: Back, Biceps, Traps
                          Day 4:Cardio
                          Day 5: Legs, cardio

                            looks good. its funny your training routine is the exact same as mine, but instead of cardio, I do martial arts. anyway looking at your diet real quick I think it is an excellent starting point. if you find you are not putting on any fat then stick with it and maybe add a few 100-200 extra calories onto it.
