  • Beat Dose of GH for cutting up?

    Hello everyone.
    just went off of a cutting cycle.

    taking 8 weeks off of AAS.

    I just started 1 week ago running GH 5iu/day , 5 days/week.

    Also using Ephedrin 25 mg/day - 2 weeks, and 2 weeks off.
    While im off Ephedrin - I'm using Clen 200 mcg/day.


    Any ideas how to improve my cutting?

    stats:

    Weight : 181 lbs, 17-18% BF
    Height: 5.84 ft

    all i see is drug info !! which should be listed last -- diet and cardio being the more important aspects of cutting should be listed first -

    so whats your diet and cardio setup like ?

      i'll post here too.

      Im 181 lbs around 17-18% BF.

      My goal is to cut up as much as I can and then continue bulking up.



      Right now my diet looks like that:

      Meal 1 :

      1 cottage cheese 1/2% fat + 2 whole weat Crackers. - 40 cals, 7g carbs each cracker.

      Meal 2:

      1 Scoop of optimum whey 100% protein.

      Meal 3 :

      200 grams of chicken breast + 1 whole wheat cracker.

      Meal 4 :

      1 Tuna + 2 eggs white + 1 whole wheat cracker + 1 small spoon Olive Oil.

      Workout
      _______________________________________________

      after lifting - : 1.5 scoop OPTIMUM WHEY + 3/4 Table Spoon of grape sugar.

      20 mins after drinking Protein I'm having 40 mins Cardio.

      30 mins after Cardio - Meal 6:

      200 grams of chicken breast + 100 grams of brown rice.

      Meal 7:

      1 Cottage Cheese + 1 small spoon Olive Oil.


      eating 12-13 vegies a day.

      basicly I'm kinda stuck and not losing weight, cutting up very very slowly, doing cardio 3 times a week. 40 mins each.
      doing Lifting 5 times a week.

        how long have you been running this diet? you said you came off a cutting cycle recently also. i ask because 18% bf is a bit high. i doubt you really needed any cycle. diet and cardio is all you need. lower the bodyfat and THEN think about the drugs.

          about 3 months, first two months i had 3500 calories, and probably high carbs i guess. now i lowered the carbs, but i think i still have much calories from protein. should i lower the protein too?

          I tried to do it slowly at start in order to keep muscle as much as I can.
          but now i just stay the same condition, same weight.

          is there something wrong with my diet?
          I burn about 500 calories a cardio day.

            yes, big issues with the diet, check your diet thread for my advice.

              Fix the diet first and foremost (more lean meat, more low GI carbs, more healthy fats). But I will say this: 5iu a day is TOO MUCH GH. You're far better off running 2iu/day (split into 2 shots of 1iu) for a longer period of time.

                either that or cut the 5 ius everyday to 8 or 10 ius eod -- i have seen a huge difference since doing this -- also spread out in 3 injects throughout the day -

                8 ius - 3 -2 -3 -- 3 ius with your first meal 2 ius with your mid day meal and 3 ius with your last meal -- or if you train late afternoon / take the 3 with your post workout meal
