    Hello, i've a "small" problem. . .
    net very smoll but..
    ok , i've finished my last competition 3week ago, and imemdiately finish in only one week i have got added on my body , i think 7/8kg in some days after competition...i was very ugly and i had decided to do one week without carbs ( only cicken from breackfast to last meal before go to bad) and i had take higth h2o from monday 10 LT and i've dropped it step by stepo, but not deleted all (also added 25mg aldactone in the morning and before bad) ...sunday i was again with venis exc.. good status!!, but in this week i've reinsered carbs ( 150gr day) and vegetables, and i've cut aldactone, and now i've a lot of wather retention...and is very ugly to see!!! aaaaa!!
    but i don't understand if it is water retention or estrogen....

    i've glutes , face , ankles, legs , abdominal all swollen . . is truly ugly!
    but i wont understand what is this problem....retention or higth level of estro.

    my diet now is;
    meal 1
    50gr oat
    250gr yogurt "lite"and "white"
    20gr cream arakidonic BIO
    35gr protein whey
    30gr of rice gallets

    meal2
    1 apple
    40gr protein shake with whater

    meal3
    100gr integral rice
    250gr cicken
    6 nuts

    meal 4 (1h30min before gym)
    1 apple
    1 banana
    40gr protein shake with whater

    meal5 (to my home after gym)
    300gr red beef
    vegetables

    meal6 (before bad )
    40gr protein whey
    125gr yogurt "white and lite"

    And if i'm still hungry usually i eat cicken...in meal 6

    in this way i've 160/180gr of CARBS / DAY - 200+ PRO/DAY - 50+gr FATS/DAY


    next week i have an intention to up the carbs to 190gr, becouse in first my prep after competition sayed me to up again the carbs to 250gr/day as before period of preparation....but i think to add them step by step every 3 week.

    PLEASE give me your hand for know which is the problem. . .
    this status is ugly!!! very!!

    kind of hard to understand what you are saying but i will try my best.

    are you running any kind of steroid that would cause high estrogen levels test, dbol etc..? i dont see much water retention happening with that diet.

      you must excuse me, but I am Italian and see how my English is not good, now I have cut all the steroids from 3 weeks, for my competition I used a lot of winstrol (last 2 weeks 750mg/week) and GH 4ui/day, initial cycle included primobolan trenbolone gh text prop. then slowly I was only with winstrol and gh.
      before the competition I used aldactone, but really a small dose, then once finished my comp. , I resumed my usual diet but I inflated up to take 7Kg in a few days.

      I saw very bad, so I decided to make a week of discharge of carbohydrates (only chicken) cut vegetables and everything that could give retention, adding 25mg aldactone morning and evening before going to bed, after a week, on Sundays I lost 7kg, I was called back.

      After that I unplugged everything, diuretic (aldactone) and I resumed the diet as you can see ... and this week slowly in a few days I inflated today are 89kg and am with ankles, buttocks, legs full of water , And I do not understand if the misconduct are estrogen or are the rebound of diuretic.

      before this week my weight was 78kg...understand me?
      is incredible, but also in my face i'm biG of whater ....but the problem is i will come back in my status or every days will be worse?!?!?

        you have competed before right? was the water retention after your last show this bad? it is normal to bloat after a show when you resume normal type diet.

          11kg for someone so light seems a lot, I put a over 14lbs on in 24 hours after competing as a junior, with no diuretics but I didn't bloat in the face or anything I still looked real lean but full. I'm pretty sure the water bloating is due to the diuretics use before and I thing that your body will even out in a while.

          Is your blood pressure ok?

          if it is then I would just drink plenty of water for a few days and things should even out

            ok, i understand that is normal, even after the competition I was not swollen but I had put on so many good kg, a pumping absurd, but not inflated ...

            now very swollen and it shows in all parts of the body.

            The blood pressure is ok, I measured several times and everything seems to ok.

            are different days and drink plenty of water with it and also taking diuretics green tea and natural fibres to help the body to eliminate water, I hope that the problem is due to the diuretic and that everything systems.

            now that I am here, I can ask to you if you have time to devote me, after the competition as you lead?
            food, training, cardio, etc. junk foods. . .

              you may want to have some blood work done if the bloating is as bad as you say. i would like to see your blood work results especially the part about your kidneys.

                Bouncer is right, unexplained water retention can mean kidney problems.

                Have you any pains in the back?

                you were using alot of winstrol but not for a long time and you didn't go too crazy on the diuretics and water restriction so shouldn't be too bad unless there are other meds you are not tellin us about.

                Keep drinking plenty of water and go to your doctor and ask for blood test. You don't need to tell him anything about what you were taking, just say you have bloated and ask for blood test.

                No more diutetics now, none, its more important to make sure your healthy than what you look like.

                  ok...tomorrow i will see the situation an my body and i will inform you...
                  in case not good or less retention, i will go to my doctor for know what is the problem if he can help me with natural thing. . .

                    Hi again bro!
                    Today still the same situation, my weight is much , now 90,5 KG and i'm in the same situation!!

                    but i think now, is possible the problem is becouse i eat yogurt???

                    can this strong water retention throughout the body because they are intolerant to these products?

                      if this water rentention is as extreme as you make it seem, it is not the damn yogurt. lol. you need to go to the doctor.

                        The best rule of thumb I have found from personal experience and from talking to others is to have a good meal or two after the show and then get back on your contest diet for at least a week - not the carb depleting portion or anything like that - just your regular 3 to 4 week out diet and drink plenty of water along with it - after that you can slowly adjust into something else if you like but the drastic changes are what kill you...

                        I had BAD edema in my ankles the first year I competed but last year not so much - I pigged out for a day or so but then got right back on my diet and it worked wonders....

                          Then, today i'm gone to my personal trainer and also he say me , last years ago when he compete for the first year, he have got the same problem but much more retention also in a face!
                          to the end he say me to do this in this week;

                          Monday : weigth trining +25mg aldactone before bad + 10mg nolvadex before bad

                          Tuesday: in the breackfast T4 (25mcg )+ in the lunch T3 (20mcg) and cardio session 35/45 mins not stress! + 10mg nolvadex before bad


                          Wednesday: in the breackfast T4 (25mcg )+ in the lunch T3 (20mcg) - weigth training - 25mg aldactone before bad - + 10mg nolvadex before bad


                          Thursday: in the breackfast T4 (25mcg )+ in the lunch T3 (20mcg) and cardio session 35/45 mins not stress! + 10mg nolvadex before bad


                          Friday :in the breackfast T4 (25mcg )+ in the lunch T3 (20mcg) - weigth training - 25mg aldactone before bad + 10mg nolvadex before bad


                          Saturday: in the breackfast T4 (25mcg )+ in the lunch T3 (20mcg) and cardio session 35/45 mins not stress! + 10mg nolvadex before bad


                          Sunday: in the breackfast T4 (25mcg )+ in the lunch T3 (20mcg) + 10mg nolvadex before bad


                          PS: for this week he say me also cut the yogurt and derivate of this products for safety...
