  • Contest Cycle

I plan on doing a show in or around May. I have done one show before but it was a natural show. This will be my first time in a non-tested contest. I have done one cycle before that consisted of dbol/test/eq. I finished this cycle 2 weeks ago. When should I start my next cycle to prepare me for the show and what do you recommend for a contest cycle?

what kind of stats are we working with here? approximate bodyfat %

If I were you I would go right back on the gear if you want to be as big and as lean as possible for the show. that is just my opinion. I know needsize said that he used to cycle on and off but he said for a show there is no point in going up and down in weight when you can just stay on until the show is done. as far as what gear to use, I would just use what you have sucess with. if you like test, use test. if you like deca, use deca. you will probably want to bump your dosages up for the long cycle to gurantee the drugs will not be the weak link and then you can just concetrate on your diet and training. good luck to you.

I am 26 years old and weigh 190lbs. I’m around 9% bf. I was told to stay off gear for about 10 weeks since I just ended my first cycle 2 weeks ago. And as far as what gear I had success with, Well not really sure since I only have one cycle under my belt.

you can take 10 weeks off if you want. I was just saying what I would do. If I were doing a contest I would stay on as long as possible to get the most out of my gear. Just make sure you use a test base. the other drugs are up to you.

that is not right.....after a while, you will build up a resistance to the gear, and the gains will stop...hit me up, let me know what you have .....i need to know everything about you....you'll win....i used to do this for a living...

a resistance to gear? where did you hear that? what you achieve is a upper limit to the amount of gear you take. after that you need to increase your amount assuming your training and nutrition is on point. not really a resistance per se.
