  • body builder steriod???

    im wondering has anyone ever actually taken this steriod its made for dogs and horse and if so what kinda side affects did you have and what type of gains im thinking of trying it please help thanks its actuall called body builder

        yeah but my tongue got real long and trying to brush my mane out everyday was tiresome...so now i just use a bottle of prohoromones that are designed for fish

                  I think StoneCold54 took this amazing body builder substance and it enabled him to make solid gains despite only working out 1 day per week while only doing 1 set per exercise.

                          Could you do a show/compete while training the way you do? Can you make the same gains others make and get to 250 plus on stage in the same amount of time as most using methods like yours?

                            well the short answer to doing a show/compete is "yes" because I don't follow a canned program. its a "method" to FIND the best program per person (hence its called Prescribed Exercise Personal Trainer Certification and Fitness Education (Fitness Clinician, I.A.R.T.) ).

                            as far as a specific weight I have no idea. I have never had the diet or drug dedication to see what I could do with a full blown system. but I guess you can put it this way, I am around 220 with maintenance test/tren (200/100mg respectivley) and a shit diet, and not really trying so I am guessing I could hit 250 though I would hate myself for doing it, lol.

                              i think you will find though that when it comes to training on no carbs, high levels of androgens etc.. that the method changes drastically. the method that works on a basic "get in shape" style routine falls flat when preparing for a show.
