    S/C is always great value with his applied theory, I love the way he uses all that intelligence to basically do as little as absolutely neccessary. I mean that in the best way

      if anything what you just stated supports me....no carbs would necessitate a program that is less volumous.

        actually what you state is EXACTLY my purpose. I don't WANT to live in the gym. I want to achieve my goals and be intelligent about it. I think some people have that drive and some don't. They enjoy the process. I don't for the most part. I like results with minimal stress on my body.
