  • What is good on the market

I was wondering what is the best product out on the market? I was thinking about takein HGH but many people are telling me that a 21 year old shouldn't take HGH. I did a cycle of winni when I was in highschool n loved it saw a lot of results but Iam in the military now and can't afford 2 take anabolics. Iam trying to blow up n keep my size. I know HGH isn't traceable through urine that's y I wanted 2 take it I was thinking about takein 2 iu to 4 iu a day 4 about 6months 5 days on 2days off. What should be suggested

get you diet down. your training. and maybe after a while then maybe you can think of the AAS/HGH etc. all of us are willing to help you if you help yourself. post up your current diet. training program so we can critique it.

in the mean time you can spend your time lookin through the board and the posts. read up on what your trying to get yourself into. this is a great board with tons of info.

HGH should be one of the last things on your list anyways.

supplements and gh are not the answer.

the results you are looking for can only be achieved by strict dieting with a lot of clean calories.

start by recording EVERYTHING you ate today...approximate the quantities as closely as possible. Then use a net search to find the nutritional values of those items, mainly the grams of protein. Add them all up. If you aren't consuming a minimum of 1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight (~280g), that's the first key change you need to make. It doesn't matter how hard you work out; if you aren't eating enough protein, your muscles will not grow to their full potential.

                      forget GNC, they are overpriced.

go with AllSportsNutrition or All The Whey | Whey Protein Supplements for Bodybuilding and Health

get yourself a good multi vitamin, protein, creatine, and some fishoil. for postworkout i like a Maltodextrin/whey mix.

malto and whey would be post workout.

i take my multi once a day with my first meal. fish oil can be taken through out the day.

creatine can be used pre and post workout.

no more then 2 shakes a day IMO. rest should be clean foods.
