Well, in some states a prescription is needed to purchase needles and/or syringes. Now with that being said... Do I think you will get busted? No. I have ordered plenty of times living here in PA and you need a script here.

Now something else you can also look at if you are questioning buying online (I would buy online) you can see if there is a local feed store that sells them (different rules). They can be a little expensive and they may not have a lot in stock. They also make give you shit about buying them, but it's another option.
