  • Anxiety and Gear part 2

So it sounds like a lot of people suffer from anxiety like I do. I'm wondering if it's really the gear (for some) that causes a little anxiety or is there some underlying issue that needs to be resolved. Here's maybe a dumb question but is AS a stimulant to the nervous system like caffeine?

I don't find it to be a stimulant. I have used ephindrine and caffeine but gear doesn't give me the same effect so I doubt that it works the through the CNS the same. I have more of a feeling of fullness and hype. not sure if that makes sense. the hype is almost excitment. I am sure some of it is placebo, just knowing what is coursing through my veins. I still believe that people that are prone to anxiety through genetics are the ones that feel it from the gear. the gear just pushes them over the fictional edge into anxiety mode.

      Yes, it works through CNS.

It is like all drugs everyone reacts differently. That cannot be re-iterated enough.

In general unless you have tons of issues, anxiety is more or less dependent IMHO on body chemistry and how your brain is wired.

Some people have 100,000 of thousands of thoughts a day.
Some maybe 10,000. Now if you under a little stress, let's say that ramps up. Well person who has 10k, now has 20k, which would most likely not even be noticeable. If your average is 100k and it ramps up too 200-300k it get's challenging to focus and do normal stuff.

Doesn't mean you have issues or anything wrong with you, just something to be aware of. Lot's of it can be handled with nutriton. If you have super fast brain, nutrtion, any chemical you put in body will have more of an effect.

      Hoped That Helped
      Good Luck

PS-If you want to explain things more, might be able to get in the ball park.

this actually brings up a question that I have always wondered. where exactly are the "receptors" we talk so much about? a lot of times they are talked about in an abstract manor. are they in the muscles themselves? any smart people have an answer for me? :dunno:

High blood pressure may have something to with it.

Actually blood pressure doesn't cause anxiety but, anxiety can cause high blood pressure. Anxiety is the fight or flight sensation and believe it or not we choose how we want feel. Life is to short to think irrational thoughts that hold us back. Fight and GROW!

Perfect example from Keiser. After he quit that cycle it was still there. Even the doctor gave him a thumbs up of everything checking out o.k phisically. I've posted the post to see how many people suffer from anxiety and damn there's a lot! As I've mentioned before that I suffer from it as well and have 8 years expierience under my belt. Anxiety that is. I've researched the hell out of it and learned quite a bit. Believe it or not but physically your o.k. but the mind is more powerful than we think. Zoloft and the other drugs that are prescribed are bandaids that hide the real issue. There's no magic pill out there I'm sad to say but, we hold the key to the way we think and our freedom. People reading this who don't suffer from this have no idea what the hell I'm talking about but that's o.k.. this post isn't for them. It's for my Brothers and Sisters who do suffer from it. S.D.M.F Which stands for Strength, Determination, Merciless, Forever!!!

I can totally relate to the anxiety. I get really flushed in my face and my heart races and it kind of feels like I am a rat in a cage (does that make sense). But it's not all the time though. Just when I get angry or I am in a stressful situation (like traffic). SOmetimes I even feel like I get short on breath. It sucks! I get like this when I am running high on androgens (epspecially fina!!).
