  • Given the progress I have seen with this trainer I hired...

I am considering asking him about certain 'things'. I, uh, assume he is cool with giving advice and possibly aiding me in this path. He has stated that anything we talk about is in the strictest confidence. Do you guys think:

    A) It might be a good idea to even involve him in this.
    B) What advice, do you have for me(anyone that has seen my previous posts) while pursuing this? Simply advice as to, trying different substances due to the difficulty I have had dropping lbs initially, etc.
    C) Any other comments / questions

General talk, right now I am about 11% give or take the time/day he has taken measurements. I am about 5'10" and we don't talk much about my weight because I refuse to ask how much I weight due to the fact that I do not even want to think about that, rather my ultimate look. Uh, if you need to know I can step on a scale.

Yea, thats about it. Any advice is much appriciated.

I don't think you need to go down that route at least for another few years. You are seeing progress so keep doing what you are doing.

With all due respect, you have a several people on this board who probably know as much as any trainer, so unless you are really trying to dial things in for a contest and need someone to be there in person to critique you and check on the small things, you should save your money and get advice from the board.

I have found that I have seen much better results with his assitance. Adding factors of having someone there vocally pushing me, along with someone who can better see and understand how my body is reacting. That is the key, and until i can understand why its not working...

I understand where you are coming from, but this has been tremendously helpful for me. Not to say that the plethera of advice I have recieved here has not. It is simply that with a second eye I have been able to remain focused better as well as not stumble when I feel a lack of results for, what is to me, a complete life changing experience of the past year. Culminating in the last 3 months. I can't take the money with me and mint really isn't the most important thing.

stick with the trainer if it is working for you. i have no problem with that. however, please do not even think about AAS at this point. you really are not ready. and knowing you, you would be the guy that gets every side effect (acne, gyno, estrogen related issues, fat storage) and no benefit from AAS. lol.

If you are seeing results with the trainer, then stick with what he's doing for you. NOT what advice (however misguided it could be) he can offer.

You have been at this for a year- nowhere near enough time to reach your own natural potential

I agree with the rest if the trainer is working keep on going to him. There are lots of people that cant self motivate.

I also agree with the NO Steroidsat this time, Remember there are no quick fixes. YOU still have to do the work.

Good luck keep going you will get to your goals.

Im glad to knowi probably do have the worst generic makeup ever. I also want to say I was not looking for a quick fix, rather the potential to see better gains given my poor physical genetics/conditioning.

Everyone does. But doing it now is a total waste. You have no real idea what your genetic make up really is. You haven't gotten lean enough, or built a fair amount of muscle to determine that yet. You could end up hurting yourself in more ways than one.

Just 3 months ago you were having issues staying with the diet & preparing for it. This just confirms what we are all saying- get your exercise & diet routine down to a T- follow it for at least a year. Go on a couple of bulking diets so you can get an idea of how you will need to eat when you are ready for AAS; and most importantly- what your true NATURAL potential is. You're nowhere near ready for the trip to Gasland.
