So i have to have surgery for something to do with my hip and growth plate, saying to fix it now before im old and have to get it completely replaced, i should find out tommorow when ill be getting it done. Looks like the cycle is being postponed. Also ill have to cut down cardio and training since he said nothign that involves legs or anything involving after surgery. That means cycle is post poned. Also i need to find a solid easy diet to follow while i cant work out for those couple weeks. My physicall activity ill prob do light shoulders, chest, back the things not involving heavy weight will be crucial. Has anyone gone through what im about to as far as having to cut diet eat less because your working out less? if so what did your diet look like at this point? im still a little on the heavy side now at about 220 so i know im going to lose some mass durring this but want to make sure its not all muscle any suggestions?

Ya just cut the carbs a lil and no PWO shake. you only burn 500-600 cals a workout so adjust your diet to that.
Good luck with the surgery. I just got home right now from surgery (tore tendon in my elbow) Im going different I am gonna eat like a fat pig.lol

I work with a guy that has had a hip replacement and he is one of the strongest (all natural) guys that I know. He still does legs but can't do real heavy presses or anything like that. Upper body he is strong as hell though! Just keep your chin up bro things could be alot worse! Least we live in a time that they can fix the issue rather then you having to live with pain.
