  • help with insulin

    I'm looking to gain more mass as i have been stuck at same weight for past two years. Now i've used insulin ( humalog ) in the past without much luck. I would use 7iu once immediately after a workout followed by a shake 7g of carbs/IU. then a meal 40 min later...found this would keep my blood sugar levels in check. I would use this along with GH and a good cycle, But found it to hinder me more then anything.
    I also tried running a shot in the morning aswell but stopped this as i seemed to experience stronger hypo symptoms . AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG?

    I am not 100% sure but I dont think any of us here use slin bro!
    But we use GH and gear,lol.
    hopefully someone will come along with some help.

      what do you mean by hinder you?
      Are you on an AAS cycle along with the INSULIN and HGH?
      MY guys use 10g carbs per IU,,10-15 AFTER inject,,,and then high carb,,moderate protein,,low fat meal 1 HOUR after.

        i am against slin 100%. ruins physiques. no need for it at any level.

          If you're not growing, then cleary the answer is yes...you are doing something wrong. But it may have nothing to do with the slin dosing.

          Are you eating enough total calories every day? Are you taking in enough grams of protein from high-quality sources every day? Are your AAS doses the right ones for your body? Is your gear legit?

          These are all questions you have to ask yourself, because if you're training properly AND eating enough calories AND taking in enough grams of protein AND taking a proper cycle of legit AAS with GH...you'd be growing slin or not.

            slin is just another tool its not the be all to end all -

            when i ran slin it was spread throughout the day -

            10 units humilin r in the morning with enough carbs to offset any hypo

            middle of day 10 units log

            post workout - 5 units log 5 units humilin r

            in the end though i am not high on recommending slin - it can really fuck you up -

            i do feel it does play a part in the big bellys of todays pros but not the lone culprit - high amounts of igf and gh added in the mix . those 3 together i feel are the reasons for the distended stomachs

              Yes i'm eating enough 5200 cals from good food, high protien, Yes my gear is legit. I peak at 190lbs during a bulk cycle and just stop, Its imposible for me to pass this. I've even tried throwing in big macs and all kind of junk to up calories on top of my regular diet...i still won't grow.

                please lay out your diet. not calling you a lier but 5200 cals from "good food" is hard to consume day in and day out. 5200 cals in junk food is nothing however.

                    I don't have my calorie counter handy but here are my tipical regular meals

                    BREAKFAST: 6 eggs/two yolks
                    1 cup uncooked oats/ 1/2cup granola
                    1 muffin
                    1 banana
                    1 yogurt
                    glass of OJ

                    9am meal: potatoe egg salad
                    ( 2 large potatoes
                    6 eggs/twoyolks
                    tblsp mayo )
                    1 banana
                    1 yogurt

                    11:30am : 2 chicken breasts
                    1 large baked potatoe
                    1 cup cooked rice
                    1 cup mixxed vegies

                    2:30pm : 1 can tuna
                    2 egg whites
                    1 can beens
                    1 1/2 cups rice
                    1 yogurt

                    5:30pm : 2 chicken breast
                    1 cup rice with sause
                    1 baked potatoe
                    1 cup mixxed veggies

                    8:00pm : 6 egg whites
                    1 cup uncooked oats/ 1/2 cup granola
                    1 banana
                    1 yogurt

                    11:00pm 6 eggs whites
                    1/2 cup uncooked oats


                    This would be typical meals...Now i do have a peanut butter sandwitch, shakes and power bars in between some meals, and befroe and aft gym.

                      if you eat all that everyday and cant get past 190lbs then something is wrong. are your training for 6 hours a day? doing a ton of cardio etc..? have you had blood work, thyroid levels checked etc..

                      only thing i can see where you are lacking is in the meat department. replace the tuna and chicken with salmon and flank steak.

                        Something is very wrong. If you are eating that on a daily basis and you weight 190lbs you have a tapeworm the size on NY or something is realy messed up?
                        I cant even come close to eatin that much and I out weigh you by 40lbs

                          Tape worm LOL believe me it has crossed my mind. Yes i'v had blood work done, doc said everything is fine except my natural test levels won't recover he wants to put me on test shots. All my friends see me eating and can't believe i'm not a monster with the amount of food I pack away. I sit at 180lbs when i'm off a then during a cycle as soon as i reach 190 I just stop like someone turns off a light switch...been this way for the past two years. No i don't do cardio, I work one body part a day hard for about 30-40min.
                          I'm naturaly only 145lbs when I started 6 years ago could it be this is as far as i can go ....I don't know help me out here.

                              well Ive been off for about 7 months now longest ever for me by far and my test leveles don't seem to wana recover ( TO MUCH TREN i think ) doc is gonna start giving me T shots after i see a specialist.:hang:
