I'm looking to gain more mass as i have been stuck at same weight for past two years. Now i've used insulin ( humalog ) in the past without much luck. I would use 7iu once immediately after a workout followed by a shake 7g of carbs/IU. then a meal 40 min later...found this would keep my blood sugar levels in check. I would use this along with GH and a good cycle, But found it to hinder me more then anything.
I also tried running a shot in the morning aswell but stopped this as i seemed to experience stronger hypo symptoms . AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG?
