Ok I'm gonna put a lil run down on my diet and workouts and any feedback is appreciated. Wake up: and drink a protien shake (2scoops) and 2 raw eggs, a banana with couple scoops of peanut butter. 1 multi-v -1000 mlgs fishoil 3-4 times a day. before lunch I eat a tuna/eggsalad sandwich and a gatorade. Lunch is usually a chickin breast/baked potato or some kind of complex carb and a protien shake. 2-3 hours after lunch I eat an apple with more peanut butter and a protien shake. By 5:30-6:00 I'm eating A Newyork strip medium rare with steamed veggies. I hit the weights 7:00 and drink nothing but water while lifting. Post workout is glass of grape juice, 1000 mlgs V-C, 400 IUs V-E and creatine. About an hour after that eat a piece of baked cod and some whole milk cottage cheese. Bed time is oatmeal and a protien shake. I did this with my winstrol cycle and put on a lot of muscle. at 25 mg per day. I have been intensley researching winstrol and am wondering if dropping my dosages to15 mgs a day would be a waste of time? The Info I have gotten on it is that it increases appetite and the production of red blood cells and recovery times are a lot faster. Now my position is I'm not trying to totally rely on roids to get me where I want but if 15 mgs per day is enough to increase appetite and strength gains would it be better for me to run shorter cycles more often say like 3 week cycles. This is just my thinking any honest feed back apprecitaed

winstrol only is not a cycle. its a newbie cycle and newbie mistake. it shuts down natural test levels and does not replace them. do not run that cycle.
as for diet. to much sugar. not enough fat.
skip the raw eggs, pretty much worthless, (body does not digest them.) add in a complex carb like oatmeal for breakfast. you dont need to have a chicken breast and a protein shake. cut the protein shake and add in some extra virgin olive oil or some other healthy fat source. get some protein powder in your post workout. cut the oatmeal at bedtime and add in some fat. no carbs before bed.

I am 32 years old blonde hair blue eyes. I weigh about 184 and dont no my exact body fat but its low. I'm cut and eat anything bulk and mass is what I'm shooting for. Not trying to look like the dude on the front of muscle mag. Bouncer I'm looking into the test in vet form I just have to be careful how I approach the matter I live in thorobred country. replaces muscle glycogen post workout.
about the fish oil, it will say 1000mgs on the bottle but its usaully only 300mgs of actual Omega 3's. i would take 3 fish oil caps 2-3 times a day.
