If it's gyno then you should be able to tell by touching around your nipple and finding a small or several small hard lumps... That is real gyno... if no lumps at all then it's most likely just some water and fat being stored in that area.... Get yourself down to 12% BF and dry yourself out and then see what it looks like and I'm betting it is pretty much gone...

Not sure if I understood properly but are you saying you have never used AAS?? If this is true then you could still could get gyno naturally but you should go about it by seeing a Dr since it occured naturally... If in fact you do have gyno then the only thing that can get rid of it is surgery but using something like letro can help reduce it and stop it from egtting worse but it won't remove it...

I can feel something under the nipple but I cant tell if it is a natural gland or if it is actually gyno. my right nip DEFINATELY feels different than my left. and yes you understood right I have never used AAS, so this is something that would have had to happened in puberty. doctor on monday! if he confirms gyno first i will try letro and if that doesnt work i will look into surgery options.

Honestly it doesn't look bad whether it is actually gyno or not... At a lower bodyfat percentage it will be hardly noticeable... I have a little bit of puffy nipples which is from gyno from my first cycle when I hadn't done my research properly back in the day and at 12% or less it isn't bad at all... I don't really think you need surgery but I know how noticeable it can be to yourself when you have that problem... trust me when I say other people don't see it as much as you do.... Good luck with it.

Ok so I asked the doc after he got done slicing my back to shit. (I can't work out for 4 fucking days now damit. And cant do cardio for 2 weeks)

Anyway, I mentioned the gyno possibility afterwards. He took a look, felt a little bit for lumps, and said absolutely not, that it was just the way I held fat. Good news I guess. I'll keep an eye on it, and then see what happens the next time I try and drop BF.

I got a cyst removed and I have to keep it as dry and clean as possible for two weeks until I get the stitches removed. So even when I start working out I have to keep the intesnity lower.

Still sounds weird that you can workout, but not do cardio. Don't you sweat either way?

Well, he said I could workout if I keep it mild and sweat minimally. So basically I think I'm less likely to sweat with a light weight workout just to keep blood in the muscles.
