  • d-bol and stammina?

    Do any of you guys notice your stammina go down while on d-bol? or do you have any studys on it?

    not really while on dbol but when on drol I get pretty lethargic and seem like I can lift heavier but can't go long before I am tired... Just lethargy from the drol tho, I don't know if my stamina actually goes down... And I only have my personal experience to share, not any studies that I know of at the moment

      yea, dbol seems to make me feel a bit lazy. kills the appetite too. not sure what that is.

        chances are you'll gain weight more on dbol that most so that will play a part, there is more mass to service with blood/oxygen

              First of all, I'm a moderate runner (like 50 miles a week). I usually do light cycles of just enan, and deca. I tried dbol once and noticed an immediate drop in stamina. After 2 miles of running my legs turned into cinder blocks. Not sure if its a fast twitch/slow twitch thing, but thats how it effected me.

                50 miles and you call that moderate? damn good for you.

                    yeah even running everyday for pt and some at the gym I doubt I hit 50 miles a week. thats a lot of MPI

                      No problem bro. Running is what I'm good at. I tried getting huge, but my frame isn't built for it. I'm 5'11'' and am comfortable at 185-195. Dbol put my at 215, and I was miserable.

                        So would you say it was the weight gain that killed the stamina or the D-bol its self? At first I thought it was the D-bol now by this post it seems like the weight gain is what did it?

                          Good point. I still think it was the dBol. I had to stop and really think about this at first, but I'm almost certain it was. I began to feel the fatigue before I gained. When I started slowing down a bit, I really hit the squats for a while. That didn't help, only added more weight.
