here's one for ya... a firend of mine who has been on for years told me, unless your coming off for atleast 6 months no need to cycle off...?

I kinda agree with this. Maybe not 6 months but close. If you do a long cycle of test E it will take 2 weeks to clear (I wait 3) then you run PCT for 4 more weeks at least (I run it 5-6) So you are looking at 6 weeks min. just to get off everything. Most likely you wont be fully recovered at 6 weeks. then i would wait at least 3 months before going back on. You need to let your body be normal for so time the longer the better IMO.
