    Took some time but have the stuff, just finishing up soild nutrition plan... Gonna try and do better then the Cheeseburger plan last time :evil:

    4th cycle

    week 1-4 20mgs of liquid d-bol daily
    week 1-10 3 cc's test e (1 1/2 twice a week)
    week 12-14 PCT (some clomid baby) get the lil men runnin again..

    I am 31 at 260 & 6 foot... 1 time max on bench is 350

    I really want to watch the diet on this one, so making sure i have that in order before I roll. I am really thick more then I am cut, have not gotten BF percentage yet... need to do..



    any thoughts??

    dont like clomid, would replace with nolvadex

    does the same thing only better with less sides.

        would also choose nolva over clomid and make sure you have it before you start!

        Also I would go 12 weeks with the test

          agreed 12 to 14 weeks on the test -- i would also take the nolva over clomid

            I agree also 12 weeks min. Nolva over clomid but personaly I would use both.

              I have always run 10 weeks on my cycles... What have you guys seen in gains in adding another 3 weeks. I am just curious..

                You won't necessarily get extra gains.... You mite but it depends on the person... I just think cycles should generally be 12 weeks or a bit longer just to let the body become used to its new form and come closer to reaching a state of homeostasis before stopping the cycle and going on PCT because this allows you to keep more of your progress instead of your body trying to go back to a former version of itself that it was used to....
