1 gram test per week
500 mgs mast
500 mgs tren e
4 ius ed gh
10 units log pre workout
60 mcgs igf13 post workout 4 weeks on 4 off
will be taking in carbs just pre and post workout - not doing a show but will get myself close to show shape and keep close to that till i compete next year
