    500mgs test per week
    30mg Dbol per day
    4iu GH 5 days per week

    lots of food. not going to eat clean for a year. going to incorporate things i haven't eaten in along time, milk, breads, etc.. i simply cant eat enough clean cals to get to the size that i need. going to be a big bloated fuck. have stayed to lean for to long. only thing i am going to worry about is getting enough protein. (400 grams) carbs and fats, i wont care, will eat as much as i want.

      the gh should keep the fat gain to a minimum, but even if i gain some fat, that is ok.

        yup. i was never weaker then i was this past summer. winstrol, letro, and strict diet combined made all my joints feel weak and brittle. everything hurt and i just felt like shit.

              so true, i tried the eating clean thing for bulking and found i couldnt get the cals i needed, its just too much food.

                if your not bullshitting you will definitly grow brother !!! its about time !! your smart enough to control yourself from putting on too much excess fat ! oh and being big and bloated is awesome

                      Already on Test Enth at 500mg/week Gonna throw in some Tren at 100mg EOD and maybe winny at 50mg/day. I'm also looking into throwing in some GH or IGF soon as well.

                          hmmmm summer? probably the same thing I run year round....300 test per week, 100 tren, 100 deca. my life and cycles are blah but keeps me where I am at. Lean, horny and good joints.
