I've got ug test enth before from the same guy but stacked with dbol and deca. This time only test enth 500 week and am on 4th week and can only see increased libido. No strength as of yet. Lots of puffiness as well. Abs that I worked so hard on for 20 years are gone. Now I ask myself why do this shit if my body looks all bloated. I know I don't have the dbol, but shouldn't I see some strength by now?

I'm running 500mg a week. Have ran test maybe in 4 / 12 week cycles. Should I up the dose and run some Anastrozole at the same time to help with the bloating? Does anyone ever run anti estrogens during a cycle? I love the size and strength but hate the doughboy look!

if it's your 4th cycle then you could think about going up to 600mg but you may be fine at 500... Strength gains will come but you need to be training properly for strength gains too... Are you lifting heavy and doing compound movements?? You should be in the 6 - 8 rep range. If you already do this then jst b a bit more patient....
Yes lots of people run anti-es and it will help with the bloating but if you want strength then you should not add the anti-e because some water weight is going to increase your strength more... If it was me would just deal with the bloating and enjoy my strength and mass gains since thats why your taking the test in the first place and then worry about dumping the water and looking not so bloated after the cycle to show off my new muscle.... Just my opinion tho

tet e usually causes some bloating bro. try prop if u wanna lessen that. If you are running a test only cycle you should probably kick it up a little. 500 is not much. Alo, I always run Arimidex with my cycles, keeps me from arguing with the old lady as much.

This is true but water weight can also be useful since it allows you to move heavier weights... Getting stronger equals getting bigger if your diet and everything is in check... With that in mind I usually don't take anything to reduce bloat when I am bulkingOriginally posted by liftsiron View PostMany people perceive excess water bloat as gains.

I think you just like to argue and disagree with me.... Once again you took what I said out of context and mixed it up....Originally posted by radoSo you like the bloat? It will soon be gone and your strength will diminish...Why not gain quality muscle?
Getting bigger is NOT ALWAYS getting stronger bro; you're very wrong...I'm NOT that big and I can tell you, my strength is like a brute; no lie...I'm WAY stronger than just about any guy who's a good 20-30lbs heavier than me...I've always been a fan of gaining at a slow steady pace with quality over quantity...When I come off, I tend to retain quite a bit and strength is not much of a loss...
I said gaining strength = gaining size which is usually does. If a person is bulking and starts adding weight to all their major lifts you can bet they are gtting bigger as well which when bulking is the goal... My whole point was that water weight can help you lift heavier which can also help you gain more muscle and yes I do like water weight for that purpose..... So I look bloated for a bit.... Who cares if it helps me add more quality muscle then I would have without being bloated....
I also never said the bigger a guy is the stronger he is.... I was talking about an individual gaining weight because of water will get stronger, I was not comparing that individual and his strength to anybody elses....
So as usual.... YOU HAVE NO POINT.... lol :fufool:

and when you weigh more can you lift heavier weights??Originally posted by radoNo shit...But that's not what you orignally said:) I know the DC routine...Getting stronger does not mean you will get bigger...Lifting heavier weights can and more than likely put on more mass...But not always the case.
Like say when you add 10 lbs of water weight... Would this make you lift heavier which would in turn produce muscle gain??
This was my point the whole time.... You lose at life! :fufool:
