  • Have I discovered something?

OK - guys - I have something for you. I have no “scientific evidence” for this, just common sense thinking and my own experience.

I am 11 weeks into my cycle. I have always had to have anti-estrogens handy when I felt the ‘nipple tenderness” coming on. But this cycle I tried something different.

Knowing that the human body doesn’t do two opposites well, at the same time, example; gaining mass and losing fat together, I thought to myself, if I could keep the body, at least, trying to produce it’s own test during the cycle, maybe the estrogen production would be suppressed.

I decide to keep my body flooded with the luteinizing hormone so the brain would keep sending signals to the testes to make test. I chose not to use HCG because of the cost and its short self life, once mixed.

I am taking 2,000 mgs of Tribulus Terrestris, twice a day. 2,000 first thing in the morning, and 2,000 right before bed. It is a 45% saponin yield, thus 1,800 mgs of saponins per day.

I am proud to say I have had NO nipple tenderness, itching, etc!

Another thing too, while on my tren, I have not had any of those roller coaster mood swings I have always experienced in the past.

OK – am I crazy, or is there validity to this?

I have seen tribulus terrestris marketed as an anti estrogen so it may be helping you.

has anyone else been succesful with using trib as an anti estrogen?

If he'd have said he was taking LH itself I would have really believed but Tribulus with apparently no scientific proof of note seem a little tall.

You didn't tell us what exactly your cycle is, if its tren on its own or with test and if its at a reasonable dose then the tren could be doing it.

doesnt seem reasonable considering supplements are not regulated and that 45% yield of saponin could be closer to 10% because no one tests them out...there is no scientific support for this unless tribulus increases FSH levels as well, because you need a balance of FSH...I would no rely on or advise anyone to base their pct or anything on supplements...but if you have everything else in order then supplements may help, with that being said ive taken tribulus and although it has some benefits I did not notice any anti-estrogen effects but I also did not take the dosages your describing, I was taking 1g twice a day. Also I did not take anything while on tren and I too did not have the mood swings, but everyone reacts differently to different compounds...

I have good results taking 10mgs nolva on cycle, also seems to prevent shrinking nut syndrome.
