those are just brand names.

what your asking is, which is better deca or EQ with test.

for your first cycle, you could do test only. if you are determined to stack it, i would run it with deca.

I definitely recommend test only for a first cycle but like bouncer said if you are going to run either eq or deca with it no matter what I say then deca is a better choice

I wrote a short newbie guide once... I will see if I can find it and then post it here... It may already be here somewhere tho... Then we can allow some input on it and then lock it and sticky it if you guys want to.
