    Ok if you were to take 40mg of dbol per day would you take 10mg 4 times per day all spaced out or would you do 20mg at like 8am and 20mg at 8pm.

    I was thinking about just bumping my dose to 40mg per day and doing 20mg spaced by 12 hours and do the other 20mg.

    Thoughts?

    I can see 2 sides, taking it the 10mgs 4 times per day would be more even blood levels, BUT taking 20mgs twice a day would mean higher peak levels of the drug and thus it could be more potent? Is me thinking correct? Let me know peeps.

    Your pretty much right, so either do it all and time it for peak blood levels at workout time or twice one for workout and one for recovery big meal time.

    Incidentally, some say it causes less supression if taken only once a day

      I dont believe in the "less supression" theory and it is pretty irrelevent here anyway because he is on test, so hes suppressed regardless...in my experience if you are splitting up dosing I would take 10 mg upon awakening, 20 mg about 45 minutes pre-workout, and 10 mg before bed.

        yea but there also the problem with the drug peak levels never getting high because you are spacing it out and keeping them low and even.

          Well usaly the goal is to have nice stable blood levels.
          To me I would just take it 2 times per day and not worrie about the lil things so much, Its gonna work regardless if you take it 2 times or 4

            agreed, twice a day. and if you think about it, thats actually more even then taking it 3-4 times a day. you figure if you take it at 8am and 8pm thats even from morning to night and overnight to morning. but if you take it at like 8am, 1pm, 5pm, and 10pm and then stop until morning that all over the place.

                iv dosed it like this in the past -10/20/10.
                8am,4pm,11pm only if im running it at 40 or more mgs
                under 40 twice a day

                  Everyone I know gets the best results by taking the full dose 1 hour before your workout.

                    We have our guys go AM/NOON/PM and before training 30-45minutes.
