    Greetings to everyone!

    I would like to ask your opinion on my cycle and pct.

    Stats:
    32 years old
    150lbs
    14%BF
    5 years training
    Cycles:
    test prop/bolde 6 weeks about 12 years ago
    Andriol only last year for 6 weeks

    I havent got so much knowledge in the AAS world but this time Im learning by visiting sites and forums like this.My next cycle would be...

    1-6 Dbol at 40mg ED
    1-10 Deca at 100mg 2x a week (mixed with test e)
    1-14 Test E at 250mg 2x a week (Mon and Thu)

    PCT (after 2 weeks)
    1st day 300mg Clomid
    2-7th day 150mg
    2nd week 100mg
    3rd week 50mg
    4th week 25mg

    My questions would be:
    - is my PCT enough?I have some liquid let and tamoxifen in hand as well.
    - should i also take 500i.u of HCG every 2 weeks during my cycle to prevent testicular atrophy?
    - Does 200mg of deca make a difference?

    Are you vertically challenged like I am bro?? Cuz after 5 years of training you posted your weight at 150lbs @ 14% and unless you aren't very tall it sounds to me like you don't have much mass at all... This is not a put down... I am just wondering what you are trying to achieve and wondering if maybe your training style needs some work to start achieving your goals...

    To answer your questions:

    Deca should be at least 400mg per week to get results from it usually

    Your PCT is ok but I usually recommend nolva instead of clomid because I personally don't like clomid but the clomid PCT you layed out is sufficient

    You shouldn't need the HCG during the cycle since your not going to be on that long and this is pretty much your first properly done cycle

      I weigh 180lbs before (12 years ago) at 5%BF but when I changed my career as a professional dancer I had to loose weight but now Im back in the fitness industry and would like to put on mass and quality muscle.By the way my height is 5'7 now im a fitness instructor in west asia.

      I would also like to go on some amateur bb competition in here like i used to do many years ago back at home.

      Last 2 months I weigh 70kgs but wanted to trim down to 69 for I teach yoga and aerobics.I forgot to include that im on Tamoxifen right now at 40mg ED I have a reoccured gyno for some reasons,it couldve been a rebound of my testosterones from last years Andriol.Im hoping for more enlightening knowledge in this thread.

          I would like you to post up your diet! I think that is gonna be where you get the most benefit.
          Your cycle is fine. Dbol is a bit long for me at 6 weeks. For PCT I would add in Nolvadex at 40mgs for 2 weeks and 20mgs for 2 weeks to go along with that clomid. Hcg wont be needed for a 12 week cycle.

              We run most PCT like this:
              Clomid 100mg wk1, 50mg wk2, 50mg wk3
              Nolva 40mg wk1, 30mg wk2, 20mg wk3

                Breakfast
                1 bowl of quaker oats with almonds and peaches
                3 egg whites (boiled)
                1 cup of coffee (just to boost me up)

                Mid
                Whey protein shake (25g per serving)
                1 tbsp. of Flax oil or Safflower oil

                Lunch
                Mashed potatoes
                Beef at least half a plate or 2 breasts of chicken or fish fillets
                Mixed vegetables

                Mid
                Whey protein shake
                12 pieces of almonds or nuts

                Dinner
                Mashed potatoes
                Beef at least half a plate or 2 breasts of chicken or fish fillets
                Mixed vegetable

                Im hoping I could stay with my diet,I work in a resort wherein everything is provided,but sometimes food really sucks cause its very repititive.

                Im staying away from softdrinks and dairy products.

                I would like to ask you guys about pre and post workout diets?Im quite confused wether I should take simple carbs or complex carbs.

                Im starting as soon as all the gears arrives and my gyno subsides.

                  Is your protein shake one that contains pretty muh nothing but protein or does it also have carbs in it?? One of the first things that I notice is that you do not eat a lot of carbs.... Thats great if your trying to lose fat but if you want to gain muscle and make the most of your cycle then you are going to need to get more carbs in.

                  You also need something before bed and after dinner... Dinner can't be your last meal because then you go to bed and get nothing for another 8 hours... At the very least you need a protein shake before bed. Something with a blend of protein would be good.

                  As far as pre and post workout nutrition, you will find a lot of info in our supplements section about that but generally speaking some complex carbs before a workout are good for energy and some simple carbs with whey protein isolate is good for post workout recovery.

                    Very well explained Crank.

                    Im trying to put more quality muscles than just mass on the cycle but I will definitely work on your recommendations about diet.

                    Hopefully I could start by next week,will post here and keep you guys updated and assess my developments.MAny thanks brother!Hope I could still hear more techniques from you and to the others in the future!

                          My cycle will start by Monday next week, but before that Ive got a few questions.

                          1. Is it possible to mix my test e 250mg/ml and deca 100mg/ml on 1 syringe on Mondays and Thursdays then just Deca 200mg on Sundays?Not that im afraid of needles.I was thinking that it might only lead to hormonal fluctuations.If not then i have to settle on...

                          Mon and Thu Test E 250mg 2 x a week
                          Tue and Fri Deca 200mg 2 x a week

                              Yes you can mix them in the same pin.
                              But that is a pretty big first cycle 500mgs test and 400mgs deca
                              You would be just fine with just test at 500mgs. save the deca for your next cycle.
