  • Growth and Cancer

Considering trying growth for the first time but hesitant based on things I've read. Specifically about the possibility of it speeding up the growth of tumors as well as even increasing your chances of developing cancer.

My concern is mainly based my family's history of cancer.

Bouncer already provided me with what he knows but want to discuss this here.

    Thanks

    DN

My response just in case anyone else has different thoughts.

From what I understand, growth will do nothing to accelerate your chances of getting cancer. It will only accelerate the growth of a tumor once it has already been established.

Yes if you are gonna get cancer it can make it come faster. I have never read a study saying it caused cancer.
If cancer is something that runs deep in your family I wouldnt think of it. Its not worth dieing for.

Well you know what, if your worried, due to family history, don't do it!

Why run something and worry the whole time, GH works for me but there are plenty AAS that work well also.

No, I think that is incorrect. Its not gonna make anything come faster. It will just speed up a cancerous growth once it is already there.

You are correct sorry for bad use of words. here this will explane better

GH will make everthing grow (including cancer) If there is no cancer to grow it wont grow.
I am no doctor but this is what I have read many times.

No papers I have ever read said anything about how much faster it will grow, But IMO still not worth it if it runs in the family.

This is pretty much coming via Magdalena, but it's not verbatim...

From the biological point of view the cancer is basically made out of cells that are out of control and lost the ability to die. Cells that are functioning properly are coded to die to allow for new cells to grow. She kind of gave me a thinking point to add. Not knowing the answer but... Testosterone is a hormone, the thyroid produces hormone, these are all used in bodybuilding and additional hormones are supplemented in. Could these cause the cancer? Could these cause current cancer to grow?

Cells are encoded with RNA/DNA. They have genetic material to reproduce when needed and than die off. Cancer is when a cell has the inability to perform their encoded tasks, and just go off doing their own thing. They eventually die, but they leave a trail of of other cells to continue doing that same job.

Testosterone is a hormone. Hormone's speed up certain reactions in the body. Just like in a chemistry lab, we just a catalyst. If a hormone has damaged or incomplete DNA/RNA, it will die immediately. That is usually caused by the endocrine system to fail.

GH shouldn't cause cancer, even if it is in this person's family. He is just more at risk for getting it.
