  • HGH prevent arthritis

I read in the deca for theraputic reasons about hgh for helping prevent further damage. As most of you know I messed up my subtalar joint. In this joint there is a high chance of arthritis. I read hgh can help restore cartilage, and increase synovial fluid, do you think it is worth a shot contacting my orthpedic surgeon and talk to him about using it as a preventative to getting arthritis? I just want to have some solid points to be able to backup my statement.

Any known side effects that he might comeback with as to why I should not take it?

GH increases synoval fluid so yes in a way in can help with joints. at the same time, the amount you would need to used 3-4 iu per day (bodybuilding dose) is far beyond anything a doc will prescribe.

I would be lying if I said the bodybuilding benefits would not be partially driving this thread, but I also want narrow/eliminate any chances of arthritis. I mean I take glucosamin chondriton and msm everyday and take as many preventative measures as possible, but if there is something better out there I wanna do that as well.

gluscosamine chondriton has never really been proven in the big studies.

i have my doubts about it. fish oil would be the better choice IMO.

deca is good for your joints also.

When you say "joints" you mean the tendons and ligs or the actual cartlidge inbetween the bones?

"Arthritis is a joint disorder featuring inflammation. A joint is an area of the body where two different bones meet. A joint functions to move the body parts connected by its bones. Arthritis literally means inflammation of one or more joints."

Arthritis is when the cartilage between the bone breaks down. dumb ass.

His exact word were you have a tear here and arthritis build up here and showed me on the MRI. It was on a tendon near my elbow joint.

exactly, so shut your ass up. arthritis has to do with cartilage and its wearing away and inflimation. nothing to do with a tendon or ligament.

so get down on your fucking knees and apolagize. then bow to bouncer the great. :retard:
