    Over the next few dat I'm gonna post two pre contest diets, one is from a mate that is doing a qualifier for the British in early september and started 12-14 weeks out, the other is for a natural competitor, who started his diet about 24 weeks out and who will compete this Sunday, again for a qualifier for nationals. In terms of the suplemented guy I will also post his stack. These are just examples of what we,re doin over here. Granted we've only ever had a handful guys that had enough mass to compete internationally but we do get them xonditioned and proportioned over here and with the way things seem headed, this could mean more success for our pro's

      CAUTION your entering the EURO ZONE!

      Ok so here goes with the example contest diet for my mate doing the British, assuming he gets past the qualifier in september.

      Starting weight 256lbs in your money, 5ft 11", can see outline of abbs, lucky guy doesn't tend to hold much fat anyway but to be honest stays on most of the time then takes 4 weeks hcg, clen, arimidex now and then as a clean out lol!. Just come beyond one of the said 4 week cleanouts whereupon he now comences pre contest diets and meds as follows;

      12wk out - 2 week load up;

      Meal one- 2 cups oats, 10 egg w, 2 whole eggs, banana, orange, coffee

      Train then post workout shake of malto and whey type drink

      Meal two- 100g pasta (uncooked weight), 200g green beans, 200g chicken

      Meal three - 100g rice basmati, 200g chicked 100g green beans

      Meal four- as meal three

      Meal five as meal three but with sweet potatoe 250g instead rice

      Meal six 2 slice brown bread w 200-250g salmon

      Also with 4 of the meals one pineapple ring

      Meds are (one sust, one nandrolone phenly propionate 100mg, one tren enanth 100mg) 3 x per week, mon wed fri

        From 10 weeks out, halve the carbs except the morning oats are 1 1/2 cup.

        From nine weeks out meds switch to;

        Testex propionate, Eq, Primo - again three shots of each per week

          From seven weeks out;

          As previous but for second meal after workout and pwo shake, 200g steak, medium sized bake tatoe, salad

          Remaining meals 3, 4, 5, 6 all chicken and rice, no pasta but still having the carbs as rice even in meal six

          From six weeks out;

          As previous but all post workout meals will have turkey instead of chicken. No fruit now

          Meds from week six;

          Take out Eq, add in Tren Acetate with the prop and primo and as before 3 x per week also gh at 4iu per day

              From 4 weeks out add in; clen, effedrine, arimidex.

              The whole idea is to get to where he wants to be 2 weeks out and then dry out from there where he may actually be below ideal weight of 238lbs, carbs will be increased in the last week especially the final three days while water restricted to sipping from 6pm night before the show, aldactone may be used from1-2 days pre and accutaine from 2 weeks out.

                Yeah I hope you can understand that, I wanted to get things moving so used my phone which can sometimes play tricks. Next I will post the natural diet which is actually a bit more complicated. I will let you know how these guys do without giving their shit up. At some point I will also have what many consider to be britains most dangerous bodybuilders diet and meds plan, I won't say names but I think you will be suprised at the simplicity

                  My Natty guy is competing today up north when he's done I'm gonna get into him about his diet next week, lots of carb cycling etc first hand under the directio of one of our better contest prep advisors
