Sorry to hear your havin some sleep issues bro... I use some over the counter crap here in canada called sleep aid and I believe the active ingredient is Diphenhydramine... Works pretty well for me so you might want to give that a try.

dude tren always does that to me. I used to take benedryl...not i found ambien and lunesta and I am in heaven. If you decide to go the prescription route ambien is amazing...until you find yourself watering the grass in your sleep...naked :)

i had someone give me an ambien to try -- which i will this weekend . my sleep pattern is horrible -- last 3 days very very little sleep !!! starting to take a toll on me mentally and physically

Be safe with them...Easy to get hooked on bro...And you're a big dude, you may need two...But not something I would advise you do...People get hooked on them because they find a way to fight it and keep taking them....I've been on Ambien before and Ambien CR...It worked well, did it for two weeks...But damn, it makes you feel really good:)
