Just picked up the clen/keto combo from Superior Research. Can anyone who has used this provided dosages for both?

Yeah thats a side effect of it, its an antihistamine type ashma drug with a drowsy effect. So when given to ashma patients you take tabs in evening, sleep on it and the antihistimine effect lasts all the next day.Originally posted by the art of war View Postdoes the keto help w/sleep period or is it it's combo w/clen... not familiar with it.
People use it with clen for two reasons, the most important is that is theoretically keeps the clenbuterols effect from shutting down, as it would normally do withing 2-3 weeks, so you can take clen for longer periods.
The second reason is that clen can give you the jitters and stop you from sleeping, this is what I hate about it most, so shen you use the ketop at night you sleep easier.
But ya I have some on hand and when I had a stesseful office job I used to use it on friday night to help me be sure of a full nights sleep to recover. It can leave you a lil drowsy the morning after and if you have too much it can make you muggy all the next day.
generally though at a low dose its helpful, doesn't knock you out like a diazapam would just means that as you drift off you tend to sleep right through
