So lately I've noticed a bit of a shift change in how bodybuilders are achieving intensity in the UK.
So we all know the usual way one exercise for a few sets heavy for 6-12 reps, then the next blah blah, but I'm seeing alot of this lately, example here is two Brit bodybuilders, one heavyweight, one middle weight;
This is thigh day and comprises, leg extensions triple drop, hacks triple drop, staggered leg press triple drop, car park db lunges

Anyone noticed a similar trend in the US, I think its since Dorian and Ronnie have moved over people stopped doing what they did.
