What are the gyms like over in the UK?

Well like Bev Francis of Power House Gym's husband says the most important thing is a power rack.

But no we don't have and chaines other than genuine health and fitness chains in the UK. Golds are way better than most of our gyms.

You can usually find an independent gym with enough free weights and cable equipment in and around most towns though so its not so bad but they don't have the same sq ft as in US, we're not a big country and property is expensive

Golds is a new thing here and there's only a few by th looks of things, not very well known either since I didn't know, I think there are less all encompassing gyms here, you either get mostly fitness and little weights or the other way round whereas states seems to have loads of chains and gyms that cater for all, even bevs powerhouse has spin and mma gyms
