  • I want to start using stroids which ones should i take?

    i just want to start taking not to get ripped but too add lean muscle..i tried alot of protein and other supplements but doesnt really have an affect...any help on which ones will help will be great

    if protein has no effect no amount of steroids will help.

        BF%, years of training naturally (REAL TRAINING, not twice a week arms and chest workout, so you can get your pump on to bogart some trim).

              First thing I want to say is that we have all considered using steroids before we were really ready to use them... Most of us also used them before we should have.... Myself included.... With that said I seriously suggest you do some research not only on steroids but also on training and nutrition.... Put the training and nutrition knowledge to use right away to start getting some better reults and then reconsider the steroids... BUT from the sounds of things (tho you gave very limited information) it seems you mite be considering using steroids when you should really be focusing on your nutrition and training for results first... Of course this is just my opinion, so take it for what its worth

                  That wasn't how I was looking at it... I was trying to say that unlike myself and many others he should wait until ready to use them.... I guess I should have explained that better tho... When I used them I wasn't ready and all I got was some gains that I lost right after I finished the cycle and also had problems afterwards because I didn't know anything about post cycle therapy... I'm hoping he chooses to make a smart decision and do his research first... Was just trying to level with him and be honest so he knows I'm not feedin him BS....

                    Eat right and eat a lot. That's half the battle. Make sure everything is right before jumping on the juice, from your diet to your sleep patterns to your gym routines.
                    I see so many people in the gym that are on gear that don't eat right or have any idea of bodybuilding in general, and they look the same year end and year out. And here I am at the moment, 21 years old, natural, and bigger than 3/4's of the members at the gym.

                      Yep, that was me at 16 on M1T. I swear i took about 4 bottles of the stuff with no PCT or even a break in between :whistle

                          dude maybe you should check your workout and your diet a little more first...if youre not seeing ANY change without I really doubt you will see anything but bloat once you start. Build some muscle before you use, because its not the magic pill everyone thinks. Its not gonna make u massive without having a clue of what you are doing.
