  • Winstrol question.

    Coming into the final week. Pretty happy with the results, I started at 212 and ended at 215, with some definite body composition changes..dropped a pants size and put on some good solid muscle I think may stick around.

    Only disappointment is that I didnt lose as much fat as I would have liked. I ate as clean as I could but I think alot of it was being at the mercy of what was here to eat. As I have alluded to in the past I am overseas and my meal choices are often limited to whats in front of me. So while I was able to lose some fat I definitely didn't see the results I believe I would have if I have been able to diet at home.

    The cycle itself was great, I liked the synergy..I bumped the test to 450 back when we talked about it and I think that led to the added muscle/weight gain..not too overpowering and gains I will keep I think.

    I am due to head home here on leave for a bit-timed the cycle for that- and will make a decision on HRT at that time. Problem is finding a decent clinic in my area. I have been looking online for one as its really all a matter of getting labs done and evaluated..Either way I think I am going to give HGH a run next time through. I will also be sending a shit load of food to myself over this leave period..I think I am going to really focus on dialing in my diet this next run. In this case I think carb restriction actually may have hurt..I dont think I could regulate them enough to actually engage fat burning as the meal choices I had often sucked--and example would be breaded deep fried chicken. I am going to try just limiting calories and eating clean next go around, I think having some of my own food will make it easier.

    Just wanted to say thanks for all the advice. I have ran other cycles before, although I was in better shape everytime then I was when I started this one so this was a challenge, not only to get back up off the couch but to put in the work consistently. Overall not a bad run, still a ways to go.

    stick to the original plan. i personaly would do 30mg per day and not 50mg. 30mg kills my joints.

      Sounds good, was just curious if the lesser dosage would minimize gains...will let you know how it goes. Thanks again

          None to speak of...my shoulders are a little more achy but they have previous injuries so I can see that-actually expected it..not to bad so far over all..I am running 50 with the thought I can come down if I need too.

            So having never run a Winstrol cycle it been interesting the increase in strength over the last week or so..joints ached at first-shoulders mostly but has subsided..I increased my water intake-not sure if that helped or not. I am going to increase my test to 450 a week--however I want to keep water retention low--I think I should be okay on that dosage? Just want to get as lean as possible

            Also was thinking of pushing about 500 HCG a week until the end to keep the boys close to normal, again not sure if that will be adverse for what I am looking for...

            This cycle is pretty solid so far and I am happy with the progress..I'll keep you posted--thanks again for the advice-FI

              How many weeks you have left in your cycle? Unless you have 10 or so left I would not increase my test dosage. You are doing good acording to your post be happy. I like the idea of HCG at 500ius 1 time per week I usally do the same when running big or long cycles. But if you are only running a 12 weeker or something no need for HCG. Of coarse we are all different you might need it? I just say no need cuzz I wouldnt and none of my partners would either.

                Im on the back half of twelve weeks..about 5 weeks left. Progress has been good, I anticipate better gains as all three are kicking in together now-Proviron, Winstrol and Test.
                Getting fat was much easier than getting fit again, my fat loss is taking more time then before..but thats probably because I am older and was on the couch for a good bit:)
                I am pretty set to run it out how it is-although my buddy keeps trying to get me to add Sust to the back half-not real interested in that..I will evaluate HCG week to week and see how it goes. Appreciate the feedback-FI

                  I don't believe running winnie toward the end of the cycle, winnie also increases activation the GR receptors, thus making it harder to maintain gains.

                      I did my original plan and am happy so far with the results. As I said before sitting on my ass and getting fat was infinitely easier then losing it afterwards-especially as you get older. I have solid gains so far, no problems with the winstrol, abdominal fat is a pain to get rid of but with about 4.5 weeks out I am going to restrict carbs and focus on diet-I think that might help. Cardio every damn day usually about 70-80 minutes split into two sessions. All in all its going well for a "get your fat back up off the couch cycle".

                          Yup I live for my cheat meal. Its usually a couple slices of pizza and a pop tart. :)

                          I was getting really fatigued this week, probably because I only take one day off and do cardio on that day..so I spread things out a bit more...have lowered cardio to 45 minutes on two days and am going to take one day a week completely off I think

                            Little update for those who may care--Well I have about 2.5 weeks left of this training evolution..my cycle has gone well and I am happy with the results. Definitely a noticeable difference. Probably the most disappointed in the loss of fat around my mid section--or lack thereof I suppose. I have trimmed down but not as much as I would have liked.

                            My body weight has stayed the same though throughout this and strength and lean muscle mass has increased quite noticeably. I expected to shed a little more fat in that area. I imagine putting it on is more difficult than getting it off. I did sit on my ass for about two years haphazardly working out, and have come to the realization that Im not 25 anymore--takes a bit more time I think. I also imagine that diet may have played a part. I ate as clean as I could given the circumstances and my diet was never poor, low carbs 2300 calories, whole foods etc.--however I didn't have as much control over fats-how food was prepared--etc. as I would have liked. But all in all I ate pretty clean. I think some foresight next time around can prevent my reliance on foods like that. As I said I did expect to lose more fat around my midsection. This will be a focal point for me I think as I wind this down. Last few weeks minimal carbs, high protein and I clean as I can be. Figuring out what works best for me will be a focal point in the future.

                              your seeing slow results with the fat but they are results. just keep it up.
