  • test increase?

So I am coming up on on the back half of my cycle, just started 6 weeks of Winstrol..am running it with 350 of test e, and proviron. Results up to this point have been good, weight has stayed about the same, good loss of fat and increase of muscle--which is what we were shooting for. My biggest issue is trying to dial in the last half..I want to cut as much as possible so I have been kicking around increasing test to about 450 and cutting carbs to about 30 or so a day, and keeping calories around 2200.. Not too much experience on this end of things--cutting down on cycle, and want to maximize my results..any advice is welcome! Thanks FI

you could bump up the test if you want.

thing about about diet though, if you keep cutting and cutting your metabolism will slow.

Ok, I will probably bump the test, I dont think water retention will be much of an issue on that dose..as for diet, thats the big pain in my ass..I've never been very good at it, not from a discipline standpoint, but from an educated standpoint. My calories have been pretty constant between 2000-2500, I am just trying to find a way to maximize fat loss..I have always cut carbs to lose weight, but in this environment-and having never run Winny before, I am trying maximize the benefits. Not sure if the same method I've used before is right for this

I sneak in the occasional chicken nuggets or half a pop tart but I figure it in to my caloric total. I have been eyeballing a Snickers bar for the better part of a week lol

Cardio is 50 to 80 minutes a day. The longer days are broken up into two sessions usually a 30 and 50 minute block. I try and do hiit twice a week depending on how I am feeling. My workout is 5 days a week with the days off split up during the week. I usually do some cardio every day though.

no, you can thave an occasional nugget or pop tart. you have to have a set meal where you eat anything you want. once a week same time each week. this will boost the metabolism. go right back into your diet after that meal.
