  • ideas on what this might be?

here's the scenario, i used to do a fair amount of anabolics back in the day but always stayed in the realm of intra-muscular. it's been awhile since i've dabbled with any of it as i have gone into competitive powerlifting and am subject to random drug testing and don't want to risk losing any of the titles i have earned. with not being in the realm of anabolics much anymore, my knowledge of some products out there is limited at best. one of my friends, while cleaning their sons room, happened upon some tablets. this combined with the fact that their son has put on roughly 20 pounds over 3 months has led them to be suspicious. the tabs were described as being red(ish) in color, oval shaped and had 'n250' either written or stamped on it. does this sound like any product any of you have used or seen? the son maintains that his weight gain is a result of playing hockey - seems strange as that increase in cardio would cause weight loss in my opinion.

    feedback?

ya i know it's not much to go on. they haven't directly asked him yet. they found other tabs like tylenol and stuff so they're not jumping on the anti juice bandwagon yet. they were just trying to get some more info before the 'chat'

I think they should have the "Chat" no matter what. Its like waiting till the kid gets a girl pregnant before talking to him about using condoms. Just my thoughts...

"n250" and oval shaped sounds more like a rec drug then an steroid.

usually steroid company's even underground stick to the norm. anything that would put that kind of weight on in pill form would be dbol or anadrol. i have never heard about or seen dbol or anadrol that look like that. and "250" is not any kind of dose that dbol or anadrol come in.

^ i believe it's an NSAID if it's pink and not red.

The number on the tablet doesn't always identify the strength itself. A lot of time the number is just an ID like number to add a feature to distinguish it from a similar drug or strength.

yes and steroids never have that on a pill.
