    Hi,

    I came across this site and am very impressed, bare with me if I don't post this in the right location.

    I am a 30 year old female, weigh 120 pounds and want to run Anavar 10mg and Winstrol 10mg (Tablets). Both taken once a day for 8 weeks. What do you think?

    Need advice please?? :thumup:

    yep this is a good spot to post this. we also have a womans fitness section. IMO more will see it here though.
    We have a very bright young lady that I will PM right now so she can come check this out and give you some help. We also have quite a few guys that will know also, I just happen to be the one that has no clue for ladys.

      FYI - i eat pretty darn healthy and doing about 5 meals a day. People say i look pretty dame good, but i want to get semi-ripped! Like some serious definition. :)

        if you have never run anything before, i think you should just try the anavar by itself.

          Yes this will be my first cycle. Ahh, I was excited to run both. But, that's okay, always next time! 10mg a day? In AM? Lots of weight training? or cardio also?

          Wow!! You guys are such a big help. Now i just have to make sure the shit is ligit, Lol. :+)

            yea, 10mg in the morning should be fine.

            few reasons i dont think you should run the winstrol. its much stronger then anavar and i have seen women get bad sides even at 10mgs. its also not the best idea to run 2 oral drugs like that. both are 17aa meaning they are tough on the liver.

            stick with anavar alone this time and you will be happy you did.

                  Welcome to SM. :)

                  I agree, start with the Anavar alone. If you start mixing, you're not going to know what sides came from what drug, what gave you the best results, etc.

                  Just curious, what kind of Var are you going to use?

                          Not to be discouraging but no one has asked yet and it seems to me that if you were a guy they might have...

                          Tell us more about your stats. Body fat if you know it. How long you have been training. What your workouts look like. Most importantly what is your diet and what are your goals.

                          Maybe I'm just a little more nervous about girls using steroids because of the possible sides but it's important for all of us to make sure that it's the right time for steroids.

                          Not trying to stop you but there are very experienced people here that can help you with more than just what gear to run.

                              Hi everyone!! What a turn out, so many people are warm and welcoming :) Okay so let me answer a few questions people have out there.... First, the Var I'm taking I just found it from a doc and going in for office visit/prescription Monday. Hope insurance doesn't have a prob w/ it?? Ha ha! Second, I was a swimmer my whole life and gymnast when younger. Last I checked body fat (when I wasn't working out ) 18-20%. My diet?? Well depends, I have always been able to eat whatever i want and not get fat, but i do eat healthy and take a shit load of supplements, food based only... Last nights dinner, beats, cucumber tomato salad, fish (grilled), Oh and almost forgot red potatoes. Desert -- Fruit. Lunch today, sandwich with organic meats and veggies. Snack will be.... Raw almonds! You tell me is that a good diet for Var or what should I do to enhance? Lastly, my workout.. Had a trainer, now don't... Cardio 2 days a week and weights all 5. I push myself as hard as I can, with some crying in the middle. Lol :)
