ok guys...
Did a six month cycle from March to August and these were my gains and losses..
first half of cycle was with d-bol to start and 750 test E a week, but with some ligament issues I mixed some deca in for awhile.
I gained 18 pounds.. and here are two movements
on decline with bar I went from benching 275 three times to 405 three times...
on shurgs with bar I went from shrugging 405 two times to 565 six times...
as for stats, im 6 foot and I went from 250-268 in weight and bf% went from 22-21
I was pretty solid on food intake.. tons of chicken and greens.. but I think may have had a few to many cheat days.. haha
last half of the cycle I went with 250 test e a week and mixed mast in..
I lost 25 pounds and was down to 243... didnt lose much stentgh, but did see a little slip..
could only incline 385 three times after weight loss and shrugs down a tad too
my big thing is bf% is down from 22-18.6 from start to finish.
well, here I am ready for mass again sitting at 247 weight wise.. I don't know why, but cut cycles suck and are not for me, I like linebacker look... so next cycle I think is simple enough..
weeks 1-4 D-bol (30 mgs a day)
weeks 1-14 Sus (750 mgs a week) 2 injections 1 1/2 a week
This cycle may change as I am waiting on EQ.. if I get the EQ before cycle I will bring test mgs down and blast some eq in..
very simple and I will protein stuff the shit out of it..
before I do this cycle I have some obligations to a local health company and am gonna run a 4 week cycle of tren (oral).. I will find out more info on it, but you can buy it at some nutriton stores..
I hit the doc on monday for blood and liver work...
I have put two inches on my arms so far this year so no stoppin... I took photos and documented well.
more so wanted to thank this board, as I pretty much refer to it as a second source of knowledge. thanks guys...
